Charge 3 won't sync sleep record

I recently upgraded to Premium and since then the syncing has been pretty sketchy. Today I cannot get the sleep record to sync to the app or dashboard. Everything else is sinking but not the sleep.

 

I have rebooted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. Took forever to get logged back in again, but still no sleep record syncing from the device to the app. I am about to cancel the Premium and go back to the free version because it seems to work a whole lot better and give me more sleep information than the premium.

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep issue. Can you please be more specific about the problem you are having with your information? Are you able to see your sleep data now? Are you able to see the info on the tracker?.
