Charge 3 stopped syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am having trouble syncing my charge 3 since the new update on the app. When I try to sync it just says device not found. I followed all the steps in the help article and in the end had to delete it off my account and set it up on the laptop as my phone couldn’t connect to it.

i can no longer connect it to my laptop either. This is very frustrating!

Likewise! I can't connect my Charge 3 to my iPhone since Friday when my phone installed its update. Have tried rebooting Charge 3, turning phone and bluetooth on/off, and cannot get the two to sync.

Same here, frustrating! My device is good but since nothing gets on app, it affects my ww app results too.

hope they are working on this

Same thing happened to me and appears to have started last Friday, too. None of the solutions suggested on the Help pages have worked.

Everyone seems to be mentioning problems with syncing through their phones, with no mention of what platform the phone is on, or at least there phone model.

I’m having the same issues. My iPhone and my iPad do not recognize my device.

My Charge 3 stopped syncing with my phone on or about May 14 after charging my device.  I tried all the recommendations from FitBit regarding quitting the App, turning off Bluetooth etc....nothing worked.  I finally went into my Bluetooth on my phone and selected "forget this device". Did that, then reloaded and reconnected using Fit Bit app on my phone and all returned to normal.

I spoke to Fitbit customer care. Once I went into my bluetooth settings, removed my charge 3 by selecting "forget this device", then reinstalling it, I was able to get my decide to sync

Thank you for sharing the advice you received from Cudtomer Care.

My Charge 3 finally connected  to my ipad air 2 bluetooth. My Charge 3 is not showing as connected on iphone xr  bluetooth. Howevever the fitbit app is showing the same info as my ipad.

I  am relieved.

Not synching either, I have tried all the suggestions from fitbit and have ended up being told that fitbit does not support my phone (Huawei P20) I am not impressed as I have only recently purchased a fitbit. It is not much use to me and do not intend buying a new phone!

I’m using an iPhone 5SE, which should not be a problem. I recommend FitBit update their new platform to the previous platform.

What has happened here is simply stupid.
