I am having trouble syncing my charge 3 since the new update on the app. When I try to sync it just says device not found. I followed all the steps in the help article and in the end had to delete it off my account and set it up on the laptop as my phone couldn’t connect to it.
i can no longer connect it to my laptop either. This is very frustrating!

Thank you for this solution, which worked well.. The only problem I had was in logging back into my account, which took 4 goes even though I was entering a remembered password.

I updated my Fitbit app (Version 3.21) on my iPhone device this morning and now it’s complaining that my Charge 3 isn’t compatible anymore with this version Installed. Are there more people having the same issues?

I've followed that advice and now my phone won't pair with either my Charge 2 or brand new Charge 3. It says 'no internet connection' even though there is. I can't set up my new Charge 3 on the computer either as it says mobile app only. Might have to send the fitbit back if I can't actually use it!

Thanks, I was afraid to hit “forget this device.” I did as you suggested, ops normal now! Thanks again.

I'm also getting error messages. It started on Friday but I managed to sync it on Sunday and Monday. My last sync was Tuesday at 6 am. Nothing since.

yes, I try to update to the latest version and it tells me no internet or unavailable. My time is incorrect and no upate available on my chromebook. No phone service were I live. Dissappointed. My $20.00 watch worked better and could see it better. My better half tried to buy me something nicer??? I feel bad he spent the money and I love the band but not the watch.

This is just a thought based on what you are saying
Check your computer’s interet connection.Sometimes I
I reboot by disconnecting my router from
power cord and plug it back in after 10 seconds. I have not done this for my Fitbit but for ipad if it is not connecting to wifi. .

Mine too. Once I updated to the latest iOS on both phone and tablet last week, the app stubbornly refused to recognise my Charge 3 despite following all the suggested steps to fix this.
