For the past two weeks, my charge 3 won't sync properly with the app or any other bluetooth device (Mac and Windows 10 laptops).
Fitbit firmware version 28.20001.88.11
OnePlus Nord using Android v. 10
I have tried to a variation of all the following steps recommended on the forums and by Fitbit:
Now my watch refuses to pair because of 'incorrect pin or passkey entered' - not the first time this has happened. I'm unable to sync any data and the time/date will not sync (even when I switch to manual time rather than automatic paired device). When the device occasionally pairs - which is maybe three times in the last two weeks - it functions well enough for about two hours and then all is lost again. At the moment I'm stuck... date says Oct 4th and the time is around 7.30am when it's Oct 6th at 4pm!!!
I'm reaching the end of my tether here... I have literally tried everything. Someone help me out here, please.

I just had this issue, i had to unpair from the phone as well as from the charge 3, from the charge 3 settings, select clear data, you will lose progress from what is on the watch from the day, but i was able to pair again.
