Charge 3 won't sync weather

My Charge 3 will not stay synced to my phone for the weather. I have it set for constant auto sync, but Charge 3 always says no weather data, please sync to your phone. I have rebooted, turned location services on for always run, no luck.

 

Also, it has started not tracking exercise. Walked twice this week for an hour and have it set to track over 10 mins. No exercise logged.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this weather issue. If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device? 
  • All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. Now about the SmartTrack problem, I recommend restarting the device by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
