I'm sorry for the experience and thank you for the information. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I'd recommend making sure that you've followed all the recommended tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If you receive any error, it would be great if you can provide more details. On a side note, I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers board to keep our forums organized.

My Fitbit eventually syncs but I need to go into Bluetooth setting, forget the device and re-pair every single time I want to sync. It is beyond frustrating and I am beginning to look at other brands of fitness trackers. I have been a Fitbit user for several years.
