Until 3 days ago my Charge 3 worked perfectly. It is only 9 months old. Suddenly it stopped syncing. I have tried all the "fixes" on the boards to no avail.
The only way I can get it to sync is to leave in on charge even when fully charged next to my Android phone. It can then take 20 minutes before it suddenly syncs. Now today it has started to lose time, so I wonder if the battery power is getting to the works. Any ideas please?

It's great to see you here, @Tonyharl.
Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. After you get your tracker to sync, it will show the correct time.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Hi Alej
Did you read my post?
I have tried ALL the fixes but none of them work
If one worked for me then I would use it & not bother posting
NONE of them work
The only method to sync, as I stated, is to have the fitbit connected to power & then after a while it may sync, not always but usually.
As an engineer I would suggest it either a faulty software update, but I am not aware of one, or a hardware fault.
As I said it worked perfectly for 9 months
Any got a magic wand?
