Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 replaced last July. Two months ago it started losing time and wasn’t syncing with App. Now cannot sync it at all. Tried with 3 different phones so definitely not my phone. Cannot get any satisfaction from Customer Service. Very disappointing.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
