Hi, can anyone help please. I have a Charge 3 which I'm trying to connect to my Huawei Y6 2019 phone. It connected for a couple of days but I had to restart my phone every morning before I got notifications. I've tried everything but now I can't connect at all!

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

I have tried everything on trouble shooting, restarting my fitbit and phon, tried the test call too. Nothing helps. Very frustrating!
