Charge 3 won't sync

This is my second Fitbit. First one no problems. This one doesn't sync. I reset it, it was good for a while then stopped syncing. Rest again... then failed. I'm tired of resetting! Not going to buy another one! Very disappointed!

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
