i did not have my phone for over hours and when I got it back I have not been able to sync my Fitbit on my phone, and all previous days and weeks have gone, how do I get it all back?

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. Once you sync your device, you will be able to see your information.
