So I was a proud owner of a charge 3 under a year ago.
When first activated, i was very pleased with the data and sync. I found myself adding in all my water and calorie intake. And tracking a rough outline of sleep. Since however, I lost my sleep tracking and haven't been able to sync up since October last year, I finally was able to sync today after a hour.
Only to be now greeted with a premium subscription charge. I must say I am very disappointed, was rather looking forwards to google taking over and making it for the better. But after spending max price and only using for half a year properly, i feel kind of let down, It has made me think about picking my next fitness and sleep tracker more carefully next time.
When I first purchased this watch I was very happy and couldn't fault it apart from waiting for the o2 meter to be enabled. I feel like this new update and added service should be free for all users of your Charge 3, maybe gaining a good rep and stability and reliability I would consider a premium package. But at the moment Its a no go for me.
I do hope you can expand and build upon the Fitbit series and bring back what made it so popular and restore faith among your users. Most of the user base for the Charge 3 was left in the dark for ages with little to no communication from the team.
I hopefully can look forwards to using my watch again. I will certainly watch this space and follow any updates now. I must admit I lost all faith in it a while ago.
Scott.

Welcome to the Community, @Xeriz.
I understand how are you feeling, appreciate the feedback and the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Also about the charge, can you please be more specific about it? Did you acquire any other Fitbit feature?.
I will see you around. 🙂
