I have had my Fitbit 3 for 1 year, after 6 months it stopped working and you sent me a new watch. Now after 6 months it has stopped working. I have done everything known to do and it has a black screen that started fading this week, now it is completely black. It vibrates, but can't read anything because of the black screen. Don't know what to do!!!!! HELP!!!!!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I have had a charge 3 for awhile now and after 11 months I began having sync issues with my phone. I went online for help and everytime I contacted fitbit I got a different person and I provided them with my case number but they repeatedly made me jump through the same reset requests. Now my charge is just acting weird, I take it from the charger at 100% battery strength and almost immediately it drops to like 85% and then back up to 94%, sometimes it syncs, sometimes it does not. As you mention my screen gets bright and fades and eventually just black. So I have to go through all the reset steps and the cycle repeats. By their request, I have sent them two videos of the issue, which they say they never received, so I posted it on youtube and they said the link did not work. I have repeatedly asked for a warranty replacement, but they won't honor it. Not a fan of their customer service. I have been going through this since September 2019....ugh
