Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 hasn't synced with my app for 10 days now... & almost every time i open my app it just closes itself... its so frustrating!

Help please!

I understand how are you feeling, if your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

 

Now about the Fitbit app, check that it is updated by following the steps in the article: How do I update the app to the latest version?.
