Charge 3 won't sync

I haven't been able to sync my Charge 3 for the last 4 days. Any way to "reboot" it? Any suggestions?  

 

Well, it just righted itself. Apologies for the bandwidth.

Hi Maria: Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the article you referred me to was less than helpful: it links me to another article and section which refers me back to the original article - not very helpful at all. Anyway, the important thing is that the problem resolved itself. Thx again for the prompt response.
