My Fitbit Charge 3 wont sync! I am tired of restarting my phone, closing and opening the app again, clicking on "sync now" every two seconds. Why wont the device sync? What is the function "all-day sync" for anyway?
And now the most recent problem that I'm having is that it synced the data from today but not the data from the previous days. That is: it only synced the days when I checked the app, but it wont sync history data. How can I solve this?
I am really disappointed that such a basic function does not work properly.

Hi @mgondim What phone are you using? Syncing problems are very frustrating. Have a look at THIS Help Article in case there is something there you havent tried

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. I was able to see here that our friend @NellyG provided some instructions in order to fix this syncing problem. Was this the answer you were looking for? I am having similar issue where my charge 3 isn’t located - I’ve reset everything, followed the instructions to the letter, and due to being unable to sync my watch has lost 3 hours and I’m unable to change the time as I can’t sync!!!
Do I just return my Fitbit to place of purchase or is there an actual fix for this??
I’ve sent three emails Regarding this and no response as yet - HELP!!! PLEASE!!!
