Welcome to the Community, @Marty53K.

If you are having problems syncing your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

My wife’s IPhone 7 and charge3 syncs fine and mine did prior to 1/25/2020. Now every time I sync it there is a line notice “Failed to Sync” each and every time. Steps are synced no problem, but hourly step tracking and minutes don’t always Sync. I have now found after 3-5 times Syncing I restart the app and about 50% of the time they 250 steps per hour detail will sync after another 3-5 syncs. The minutes you just have to keep rebooting the APP. This never happened before.

This happens to me as well. I had a Charge 2 for a long time, but it stopped working, so I thought I’d get a Charge 3. I got it mid January and it worked at the beginning, but now it won’t sync. The Bluetooth can’t find it sometimes, it adds 10,000 steps randomly then takes them away. It doesn’t notify me when I get to my step goal. It’s extremely frustrating. I called customer service and did everything they told me to try and nothing. I feel like I wasted my money and people should know about this before they buy one too. I’m now at a total loss as to what to do.
