Like 100s of others, my charge 3 also has multiple white vertical lines covering the screen for the last couple of months. I have restarted, changed clock faces and pretty much done everything suggested in here. I feel useless as this was a gift for my 50th so unfortunately dont have a receipt to return it. Please could you let me know what to do now? Many thanks.

This happened to my husbands charge 3 they sent him a new one. Happened to replacement and now it has happened to mine. Three out of three dead all starting with white lines and obviously there is a problem with charge 3 and they are in denial. Never had a problem with my charge 2. After many emails back and forth they offered me select fitbits for 25% off, what a joke they are still cheaper at Costco and amazon. Do not wonder if your charge 3 will die, the question is when. I will post this review on other sites and hopefully someone will think twice before buying one or at least get the extended warranty, you will need it.
