Charge 3 won't sync

 I haven't been able to sync my Charge 3 to my phone in 5 days. It just keeps saying device not found, I have done a reboot and I still can't link them, can someone help?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue.

 

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
