Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 is not syncing with my iPad and instead is searching and seems to be searching for my old Charge 2.

I am sorry for the delay in response. I would like to know if you keep having syncing issues? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

My Fitbit also had a delay in response but it’s fine now.
