My Fitbit won’t sync at all. It’s charged fully at a loss of what to do I’ve never had a problem in the past.

I am sorry for the delay in response. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
