My replacement Charge 3 is having issues staying connected to my phone. I've lost valuable data because I have to disconnect and reconnect the device at least once a week. For the past few days, I'm not losing time everyday. This replacement is horrible. My old one was much better not sure what the deal is and how to get this one consistent like my old one was.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If you are having problems with keeping your tracker connected to your phone, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. Once you keep your tracker connected, it will show the correct time.
