my display screen is shifted to the side and unreadable (see photo). Yes I’ve reset it over and over again. Sometimes after I reset it 3 or 4 times it will go back to normal, but it’s always messed up again within a few hours. In addition, the time is off by several minutes - and even after I sync it again it loses time as well.

I have reset my Charge 3, but the time is still incorrect, which makes my alarms incorrect. Other than resetting, is there another solution?

I'm not sure what is meant by a reset, but even a restart will not fix the time. Only a sync with your Fitbit account will fix the time.

I haven't been able to sync my Fitbit this year. It is like the bluetooth has quit working, but even when it is charging on my computer, it won't sync. If you can't get your Fitbit to sync how can you ever fix it?

This is the 4th Fitbit I have owned and I will not buy another!! I feel you throw your money away when you purchase anything Fitbit!
