Charge 3 won't sync

Hi there, since i have received my replacement Charge 3 it will not sync, i have tried everything, rebooting, restarting.. nothing seems to work, i can't even find the place on the fitbit to even try to sync anymore? it just keeps saying it refreshing and nothing happens.

 

so very Frustrated with this

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
