Charge 3 steps decreasing

My Charge 3 was showing that I had done 9800+ steps. Then when I went to view my exercise after a walk, it dropped to 4669 steps and 2.08 miles, even though my exercise is recorded as 6723 steps and 2.98 miles.

I appreciate the attachment provided. Now about your steps, are you still having this problem? I was able to see for the screenshot that you are manually logging the activity, is this correct? If so, please delete the activity that you manually logged and see if your information goes back to normal.
