Charge 3 won't sync

Well my Fitbit Charge 3 is now 7 weeks old. I’ve had problems with it since it was 3 weeks old and I’ve posted on here about the glitches that seem to happen intermittently. 


For some reason the app doesn’t always show achievements that are attained but are evident on the watch. Today again the app hasn’t shown active steps but it’s on the watch plain as day! I’ve tried to reboot, restart and disconnect/reinstall but it’s still the same.

 

This may not be important as it’s just an exercise app/watch but it messes with the stats and that makes it rather annoying. Oh well I know I’ve hit my goals so today I’m not going to sweat the small stuff.
