Charge 3 blank screen

I have tried several times and my Charge 3 has not synced for several hours. I tried resetting several times and all it will do is vibrate. Cannot access my clock face to change, since the device is not showing. Suggestions. I have also turned phone on and off and did the same with Bluetooth. Noted that my Charge 3 is no longer paired with my phone. Still looking for suggestions.
