Since updating my iPhone and iPad with the new software today my Charge 3 will not sync with either device, I have emailed support but any one else have this issue. I updated the app on my phone but as a consequence have lost all the old data.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

We've determined that most people do not yet have the new update, but many people are still having syncing issues.
I'm chasing customer services with mine. Apparently my warranty is void because my handset is too new they haven't tested it for conformity yet...
