Charge 3 won't sync

My Charge 3 loses ability to sync with iPhone XR. Have completed all suggested fixes and it re establish sync ability only to lose it again after few minutes. Have tried chat help but he referred me to location button which doesn't exist on my app. Anyone else having probs?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Edit:  This morning my fitbit won't sync no matter what I do.  Keeps saying it can't find device which is on my wrist less than 2 inches from my smartphone.  😵  I also don't know what to do at this point.

"When this happens to me I clean my fitbit, ensure it is charged, and that has always resolved the issue so far (it does happen periodically though)."
