I have had a Charge 3 since New Year and it persistently will not update to my iPhone app or computer. It's showing last update as 10:48 pm Monday 11th May. The Fitbit is still recording steps etc and I can record food, water, exercise and weight but no steps showing on phone or sleep. This is not the first time it has happened. It tends to make it a very expensive gift because you want me to upgrade to Charge 4 now?

If you are having problems connecting your tracker with your phone, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
