My Charge 3 worked fine until yesterday.
The device was fully charged yesterday.
I didn't drop it.
I didn't submerge it in water (or anything else).
The display no longer shows when I lift my arm or tap the screen.
When I press the button on the left side of the device, the Charge 3 vibrates, but nothing else happens.
It does not connect to the Fitbit app.
I have followed the instructions to reset the device (plugged into the charger) and again no success the Charge 3 simply vibrates.
Has it died?
Can I do anything to reset the device?

I have the same issue since yesterday. The Fitbit vibrates, but nothing else. Won't reset. Any advice?

I can not get my Fitbit 3 to synchronize with my phone. Been since Sunday it hasn’t work. Get time but nothing on phone.

The same problem since today.
Screen is black or dimmed and I can't see the screen. All settings are hidden and the touch screen isn't active.
I have performed some restarts, without results.

The exact same thing happened to me. I'm so disappointed.
