Charge 3 won't sync

I have now tried everything that has been suggested on this forum to no avail. My Fitbit is useless as even the clock loses time as it o ly syncs at most once a day randomly. I get the occasional message notification too but not all. It's only 9 months old !!!

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are having problems connecting your phone with your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
