Charge 3 won't sync

Start of a new day with eternal hopes of Charge 3 working. Nope! Message is “device not found.”  So infuriating! I never had issues with all the other devices I bought but this one is the device from hell!

I understand how are you feeling. If your device isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
