My Charge 3 app suddenly stopped synching 8 days ago and hasn't connected to the app on my Iphone, Ipad or the Fitbit dashboard puled up on my Imac. i have tried the common suggestions. I have deleted the charge 3 and reinstalled. The app searches for the charges, finds it and says "We found your tracker!" "connecting to Tracker..." and never does. It's literally has been there for days, no matter how many times I redo it.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If you are having problems with this process, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Same problem for me. I called Fitbit help and technician ran through all common checks still won’t sync. Offered a free replacement charge 3 or 50% off an upgrade. Have chosen to purchase Versa 2 at half price as I had trouble with screen display a few months ago. Good luck!

Mines the same. Stopped synching in the middle of my well earned holiday, probably about 10-12 days ago. I've been through all of the suggested ideas, up to the delete the charge 3 and reinstall. Both my laptop and phone find it happily but won't connect. Making a nice paperweight currently as its no use as a watch!
