Hello, I am struggling to get my Charge 3 to sync with my Sony Xperia Z. It may sync over night or for a couple of hours during the day but then it cannot be found and I keep getting the message that I need to link a Fitbit to the app in order to use the app, version 3.21.
I had switch Bluetooth and WiFi on and off, Force stop on the App and even uninstalled/re-installed it to. What are the methods I should be doing to get it to sync and hopefully stay connected through the day? I have always connected selected and have even the Fitbit app listed as one of the power saving exceptions.
