Charge 3 blank screen

Hi, my Charge 3 will vibrate but will not display anything not even the smiley face after connecting to charger and holding down for 8 seconds. There are no green lights underneath and it won’t sync to my phone, feels like nothing at all is working . I tried everything on these forums so far including uninstalling the Fitbit app but still not work. Any help is greatly Appreciated. Thanks
