Another day, more syncing problems. i had this issue several months ago, and the resolution was to uninstall and reinstall the app every day to sync. After several weeks, the syncing starting working again. yay!
But now, it won’t sync at all. Can’t find my device, tells me to go into my settings to “forget device” and once I did that, says there is no Charge 3 to be found. I’ve repeatedly been through the uninstall and reinstall process with no luck. Nothing works. My device is now worthless 😞

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't connecting to your phone, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed those steps.
