Charge 3 won't sync

Every time I try to sync I get this message lost Bluetooth pairing go to Settings etc! Just started happening a few weeks ago. I have to Forget Device and re-pair constantly now! Any advice. It’s an iPhone 6s , everything else working perfectly.
