I have had a charge 3 since Christmas and an iPhone 8. I have had no problems with them pairing until now. The phone Bluetooth will not recognize the Fitbit, neither will my iPad although this worked fine previously. I have tried everything, disconnecting Bluetooth, resetting network, reloading Fitbit app and removing and reloading device.
I can sometimes get it to recognize the device for a few minutes then it drops out again. I have latest updates on both phone and Fitbit app. This is driving me mad as I can’t spend time resetting this daily. It means of course that the time on my Fitbit is not right so it is useless as al watch. Other devices are recognized by the phone so it is not an issue with the Bluetooth. I don’t have any running at the same time as the Fitbit though.
please help..
