Charge 3 not registering EOV

Can moving about in your sleep or laying awkwardly/on your device affect the EOV reading? I've had a couple of high readings but I move about a lot and can sleep in odd positions! Also, it seems that some high readings correspond with me waking up or getting up to go to the toilet

Welcome to the community, @WLouise.

Regarding your inquiry, if you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Let me know the outcome.
