How do I edit the screen timeout on Charge 3?

How to change length of screen timeout? According to tech support currently unable to change this. Is there a work around?

Hey there, thanks for your participation in the Forums.

 

Regarding your inquiry, you can change the tracker's screen time out by swiping to settings from the Charge 3 and tapping the "Screen Time Out" option to your preference.
