Charge 3 won't sync

My Charger 3 stopped syncing last Thursday. I tried everything here and then disconnected from the App and told it to relink to the Charge 3. I tried it twice and it still doesn't link.  Not impressed with my Fitbit anymore.

Hi @nvmom, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 stopped syncing. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your tracker from scratch and see if it connects with your phone properly.

It still doesn't work.  The Fitbit provided the number which I entered into the app.  It said it was working, but taking a while for at least a half hour and now it shows 'Not working?  Make sure it is charged, etc.'  I disconnect the cable from the Fitbit and it shows the main screen fine - date time, steps and heart rate.   This is the same thing that happened before I entered my case in the community.   What do you suggest I try next??
