Charge 3 won't sync

I have now uninstalled Fitbit and reinstalled after struggling to pair up with my phone. I've had Fitbits since 2014 and never had any issue like this before.

 

It's not synced since 23 October and i am now at a loss of what to do. 

 

I can't pair my Fitbit with my phone leaving it useless.

 

Can anyone from Fitbit not respond?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I am unabke to pair my Fitbit after unpairing in the hope
that might work.

Prior to that I did try to sync following the procedures noted in your
links.

I have tried unsuccessfully a number of times to pair now but to no avail.

My Charge 3 has also failed to sync since 23 October so there must be a reason at Fitbit that is causing this.  To be honest this is the worst Fitbit I have ever owned and I am thinking of buying something else.

I’m having the same issue too, only syncs when both are on charge then goes off again. Have spoken to them four times with no help at all
