Lately my Charge 3 has been freezing, and sometimes the screen just goes black and won’t turn on. Before today it would still vibrate, and the issue seemed to resolve itself. Today, the screen froze, so I followed the usual steps, hard reset, plug into the charger, hold button for 10 seconds, still nothing. After an hour or 2 the screen reappeared with the wrong time. I tried to sync with my app, but every time I went to connect my Charge 3 would freeze and the screen would go back again for around an hour. I checked the Bluetooth settings on my phone, full reset, re-installed the app - still no luck. It’s now been around 8hrs and it won’t turn on at all, no vibrate, nothing. The charging light is off, and no response when I try to hard reset with the charger. I’ve only had this FitBit around 1yr, surely there’s something else I can try to fix it?

Hi @TashO, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't turn on or take charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and the display doesn't get frozen.
