Charge 3 won't turn on

Good day, My Versa 3 is not vibrating or turning on at all. It was fully charges yesterday morning but died after my last exercise session.

Hi there, @DaleenG. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 3.

Please restart your Charge 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I recommend restarting the trackers. If the restart process doesn't work, perform a long restart: Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.

I m trying to pair my charge 3 and placed it in charger since 6 hrs and it is not ever discoverable on my phones bluetooth and not even starting and showing attached image
