Charge 3 won't turn on

Can't seem to find this issue here. As per usual my screen blanked out on me today. This has been ongoing since I purchased this device, among other. Anyways....typically I let it run it's course on the battery and die and then once I charge it the screen comes back up. Last time this happened I learned how to reset the device and the screen came back up. This time after resetting the device the screen came back up but now it is just constantly scrolling right. In the past when the screen blanked out the device still did it's job tracking I just couldn't see anything on screen nor access any menus. Is there a fix? I've tried resetting multiple times and changing clock faces. Please help!!!!

PS. Any Fitbit staff that monitor the board I'm sorry but this device may be the end of the road for me for your company and my fitness tracking watch needs. After a decent time with two separate Charge 2s I cannot believe how horrible this device has been. Lines across the screen almost as soon as I got it, a ridiculous oversight of not being able to see the date in the first few months (good lord, if you overlook something as basic as that what else was overlooked in the rush to bring this product to market) the fact that ever sill I can't see the time in the 24:00 clock (as an law enforcement officer, kind of a necessity), a very finicky HR monitor during intense workouts, the black screen issues over the course of my ownership and now this scrolling thing. The worst part is the fact that I paid $200 USD in the week of release and now they are advertised in Canada for half that. Not a happy customer. Hopefully Google can sort the quality control issues out or else Garmin, or Samsun may have a new customer. Too bad because I actually like your interface.
