My screen on my Fitbit will not light up. When it did light up there were lines going through the screen making it hard to read. I have reset the fit bit several times and nothing is working.

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this display issue.

 

If you are having problems with your tracker's screen, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you followed the instructions provided there.
