Hello and Happy Easter!

 

My Fitbit charge 3 will stop working after a few ninutes of wearing. This just began happening yesterday and I've never encountered an issue like this before. I would greatky appreciate some help!

 

Battery is at 100%.

 

Button will not vibrate, screen wont turn on.

 

Plugging it into the charger is the only way to get it to respond again after a minute or two. I've restarted it while it was on the charger by holsing the button and also have rebooted it through the settings, it still becomes unresponsive in under 5 minutes after putting it back on.

 

Thank you for any tips and ideas, i would love to get it functioning again quickly.

I have a brand new charge 3. It has no button. Fully charged, screen came on for about 2 minutes then went blank. The instructions are to reboot by tapping your wrist, going to settings, about, reboot.   But I can not get there with a black screen

Any one have another idea?
