There is no green light on my Charge 3, battery is 100% charged, when I take my charger of my screen is blank and button in responsive, this is a replacement I received 2 days ago? Help please I have tried everything possible.

Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your tracker's display is blank, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed those steps.

Thanks for reply
I have tried all these several times.
1. No battery appears on screen
2. A white line appears my watch vibrates
And then a smiley appears.
3. No green light of any description on watch.
4.my battery is 100% charged
5. The minute I unplug the charger my watch goes blank and button in unresponsive.
6. This is extremely annoying as I sent my phone back a week ago as the screen was blank and this is the replacement I was given??
