Charge 3 won't turn on

Hi, I hadn’t used my Fitbit for about 3/4 months, I left it to charge for a day and when returning there was no life in the device, no green lights, no vibrate on tapping the screen or pressing the side button, it seems like it’s completely dead.

 

I’ve tried all of the reset methods that I’ve read across this forum but the device doesn’t respond to a thing. Can anyone help please?

Plugged in left for 5 mins held down the side button for 30 secs to try and Reset the device. There seems to be no life whatsoever
